Cory Hunt enters his 2nd season with the Chippewa Steel (NAHL) and Jr. Steel programs. As President, Hunt oversees all aspects of the program and focuses on the management of all teams.

Prior to Steel, he spent five seasons with the the NAHL's Northeast Generals serving as Assistant General Manager and Director of Player Personnel. He also spent one season as the General Manager of the Generals' NA3HL team. He also spent five seasons with the Twin City (New Ulm) Steel in the NA3HL working his way up from Scout to the Assistant General Manager.

Cory enjoys coaching his son's hockey, lacrosse and baseball teams. He is also the President of Omega Hockey which offers tournament teams, player services and on-ice training. Cory holds a USA Hockey Level 4 Coaching Certification.

Steve Dougherty is in his second season as the Associate Head Coach with the Chippewa Steel. He has been coaching professionally for the past twelve years. He most recently was an assistant coach for the Walpole Express. Prior to coaching, he played his youth hockey in New Jersey and eventually worked his way up to play juniors in British Columbia.
